What to do in the event students are getting this error while taking the ELPAC summative test:
Open up your chrome browser, and click the three dots at the top right to select settings:
Scroll down on the settings page until you see advanced, and click to expand that menu:
Scroll down in your advanced settings until you reach the “clear browsing data option”:
The dialogue screen that pops up will need several items to be selected, along with the “all time range”: Under the Basic tab, select Browsing history, Cookies, Cached images:
Under the advanced Tab you’ll need to select, browsing, download, cookies, cached and, content settings (You do not have to select passwords) :
Click clear data and close all your internet browsers before attempting to log in again.
